Returns

At Sartori, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that there may be circumstances where a return is necessary. Please read our product returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Sales Final Policy: All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction with the selected items.

Exceptions: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Quality Issues:

    • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact our customer service within 10 days from the date of delivery.
    • Provide detailed information about the issue, and, if possible, include photographs to assist our team in assessing the problem.
  2. Order Issues:

    • In the event of an incorrect item shipped, missing items, or any other order discrepancy, please notify us within 10 days  from the delivery date.
    • Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via sartoridiautomobili@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
    • Customer service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed based on the nature of your return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending any items back.
    • Unauthorized returns may not be processed, and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Return Shipment:

    • Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
    • Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Inspection and Processing:

    • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
    • If the return meets our criteria, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

Refund or Replacement:

  • Eligible returns will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Replacements will be sent out as soon as possible.
